Search Marketing Manager
P&G Grooming is looking for a passionate and dynamic individual to join our Brand organization as the Search Marketing Manager for our Grooming business. The ideal candidate loves to get immersed in data to inform business drivers and assess the impact of our paid search strategies on the total business.
The Search Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the execution and strategy of search on key retail partners and key search engines working closely cross-functionally with Brand and Customer teams to develop fully integrated search campaigns. As such, you will:
- Manage Grooming eRetail Paid Search campaigns as well as Paid and Organic search on the main search engines, owning the campaigns from creation through ongoing optimization to deliver specified KPI's
- Using real time data-analyze & identify insights to deliver incremental and profitable growth for P&G and our retail partners
- Partner with Brand, Sales, and IT to define and build best-in-class search executions while bringing to life our Brands' commercial strategies online
- Create standardized reporting and present data on a regular basis to internal and external business partners
- Be a thought leader and help us transform what winning looks like via new ideas, processes, and outside-the-box thinking

Qualifications
- A BS or MS/MBA in a Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or Information Systems related field
- Experience with bid/ad management platforms like Amazon Advertising Platforms, Criteo, Google/Bing Ads, etc.
- Experience with using data to identify business-building insights and then turning those insights into a solution or process
- Strong communication skills are required. This is a client facing role - communication with customers will be required.
- Experience in Microsoft Office suite of tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
