As a Commercial Excellence-focused member of the program, you will participate in a cross functional learning curriculum, developed to strengthen your skills and ensure you have the tools to become a results-driven leader. Your role will offer assignments that allow you to become familiar with how we do business and contribute to the success of the organization. The program offers invaluable experiences for early career associates seeking challenging developmental opportunities to jump-start their careers. You will be the driving force to thrive even further in our commercial excellence. The focus of this program will provide exposure across three function al areas: Marketing, Product Management & Commercial Excellence.

Functional Rotations

Commercial Excellence
Opportunity to drive Sales Excellence initiatives focusing on improving efficacy across all sales touchpoints, through best practice adoption and systematic process improvements. Placing a focus on the Commercial Excellence strategic roadmap across the Industrial Platform Business Units, elevating our culture of productivity and collaboration.

  • Drive Salesforce utilization and maturity usage of dashboards, pipeline dynamics, analysis of leading/lagging KPIs and generating actionable management insight, increased coverage and win rate
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve current SFDC functionality
  • Develop & produce dashboards/reports surrounding customer POS trends, SBU trends, new product trends, territory trends, survey results and goal analysis through leveraging SFDC
  • Provide insight, direction and project management support for design launch and development of new tools such as CPQ, Field Service Lightning, and Service Cloud.
  • Create and maintaining Salesforce databases importing data and generating reporting outputs.
  • Manage data cleansing in SFDC, including past due/delinquent opportunities with sales teams.
  • Be integral member of special project team, supporting Commercial Excellence group with testing functionality and system architecture enhancements.


Marketing
Opportunity to develop expertise in marketing intelligence, customer data insights, customer journey mapping and measurement to deploy targeted campaigns across different channels. Ability to learn how to extract insights from a variety of technical platforms and sources. Ability to work/network with multiple SBD businesses and partners to understand the industry, the needs and the customers.

  • Coordinate market intelligence research and the Key Account Development Program for the target business verticals by leveraging online tools and external vendors.
  • Responsible for the Lead Management Program ensuring track, report and continuous improvement using CRM Salesforce.
  • Support implementing the marketing plan and campaign execution by working on MarComms, PR, promotional items and point-of-sale activities.


Product
Opportunity to develop and evaluate the product line total sales, product positioning and will gain value insight managing the profit and loss, product cycle and new product introduction for the product line. You will develop strong project management skills and the ability to effectively work with others across the organization including senior management, product managers, engineering, operations, channel, brand marketing, and customer service.

  • Leverage Revenue, Margin, Say/Do, & Product Vitality Datasets to drive insights to the product team.
  • Responsible for Product Vitality Tracking & Consolidation.
  • Support Commercial Launch Plans for key Product launches
  • Develop & Drive Product Roadmaps
  • Consolidate Productivity Projects to Track Progress & Savings.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related Business field.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and strong academic background (minimum GPA of 3.0)
  • Must be willing to rotate work assignments, projects & teams every 8-12 months throughout time in the program.
  • Must be able to travel up to 25%, domestic and international travel.
