As the Satellite Marketing Specialist, you will be a TQL ambassador responsible for providing the highest level of customer service to support TQL marketing initiatives in our Satellite offices. You will oversee the visitor, new hire, and employee experience in our fast-paced, energetic sales organization, to create a welcoming atmosphere and world-class culture.

What you'll be doing:

• Be the ultimate representative of our company's brand, culture, and our winning principles
• Manage and monitor the overall presentation of the office including hospitality and company branding
• Partner with the Facilities Team and other vendors by reporting any need for building improvements
• Visit regional TQL Satellite offices for quality visitor experience, brand management, and general support
• Train office admin to create a best-in-class reception and concierge experiences for all
• Support the Onboarding team in the execution of day one orientation for our new employees
• Assist in answering new employee questions related to TQL orientation and help identify leadership mentors
• Maintain new hire welcome kit inventory and order new stock as needed
• Help execute culture initiatives for the Events, Engagement and Corporate Giving teams
• Educate Sales and Sales Leadership on available sales marketing material and tools to assist with prospecting
• Serve as Marketing Teams onsite representative, helping communicate to HQ and offer support as needed
• Assist the marketing team and office leaders with as needed support during special events, promotions, employee engagement, or other tasks

What you need:

• Bachelor's Degree in hospitality, communication, marketing, business administration, or related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in hospitality
• Possess a positive and outgoing personality with superior written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
• Strong abilities in customer service and relationship building
• Thrive with tight timelines and limited supervision
• Ability to make every employee and visitor feel valued
• Team-oriented performer with a positive, solution-oriented manner
• Ability to work on multiple projects with varying complexity levels at the same time
• Exemplify strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs
• Willingness to travel. This position will be required to visit nearby TQL locations at least 25% of the time.
