Work you'll do/Responsibilities

  • Owns the interface with the business and Senior product leads (Client and Deloitte) to understand features and product roadmap
  • Perform business analysis and be a liaison between client and the delivery Scrum teams for the following: processes, requirements, experience, user stories and business acceptance of the build
  • Decompose features into User Stories, with testable acceptance criteria (including reporting acceptance criteria if applicable)
  • Run workshops with the business and Senior product leads to gather all items required to build stories and acceptance criteria
  • Works with architects, UX, development teams to complete the solution design and grooming of the stories that can be handed over to the build teams
  • Conduct calls with the build teams to handover groomed stories and clearly communicate the business intent and connection of features
  • Works with the build teams and the business for story demo and drives acceptance by the business or product leads
  • Conducts the feature level demo session for client business stakeholders and executives
  • Provides functional information required for triaging bugs during sprint, SIT and end to end testing

Our Digital Foundry & Operations works with the Enterprise Operations group to bring a flexible capability and fluid capacity model to the delivery of small technology projects and enhancements.

Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud in a telecom environment
  • Experience developing user stories as well as acceptance criteria for testing
  • Experience with demo sessions with business stakeholders
  • Experience with Sprint, SIT and End-to-end testing
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification is preferred
