Sales Enablement Design Specialist Responsibilities:  

  • Execute enablement materials – Develop marketing materials promoting awareness of company solutions to customer business problems across all revenue channels.

  • Facilitate communications – Work to develop branded messages from a sales standpoint.

  • Work with Sales Leadership and Enablement teams to put content into on-brand collateral, including but not limited to:

    • One sheets

    • Features & Benefits / Value Props

    • Demo decks

    • Customer facing materials that reps can use to close deals

  • Create and measure the effectiveness of copy for email and text communication:

  • Email sequences – rep use

  • Email content to nurture contacts

 

Sales Enablement Design Specialist Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing 

  • Must have 2+ years of experience creating marketing material and digital content.

  • Sales enablement experience

  • Proven ability to balance big-picture thinking with daily details and deliverables 

  • Exceptional time management skills 

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Experience with trello or other intake systems is a plus
