What you'll learn & achieve:

We are looking for a high caliber, strategic and analytical Marketing Automation leader who can own the execution of the Marketing Automation roadmap at a global scale. This role requires strong collaboration and communication skills to partner with Demand Generation peers, Creative and Content team members, and business and product marketing stakeholders to design and implement campaigns that drive top of funnel brand awareness, new prospect acquisition and customer cross-and upsell opportunities.

The Individual in this role would be at the epicenter of delivering an exceptional experience for our internal and external customers while leading a team of high-performing, technical Adobe Marketo Marketing Automation experts.

The successful candidate will have a can-do attitude, and strong technical expertise in leading design and implementation of simple to complex automated programs and have a point of view on implementing platform extensions and integrations. You will also find innovative ways to continuously improve campaign performance and evolve application of the Adobe Marketo Marketing Automation platform.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leadership- Own the execution of highly visible demand generation programs in Adobe Marketo from beginning to end - including requirements gathering, development, testing, launch, reporting, optimization, and maintenance.
  • Leadership- Ensure marketing automation best practices and capture feedback for platform and process; collaborate with team members to drive continuous improvement of these
  • Maintain and optimize scoring models and other operational workflows
  • Technical Expertise- Develop standardized processes and programs that allow creation of complex, multi-stage automated marketing programs
  • Technical Expertise- Collaborate with key functions to develop accurate reporting and dashboards and ensure timely distribution of Insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of US and international Marketo experts who are high-performing technically savvy Individuals; embed a culture of measurement and continuous improvement
  • Organizational Skills- Work closely with the Intake and Project Management functions and manage the day-to-day Marketo projects/tasks within Adobe Workfront
  • Collaboration- Work with key functions on the application of the data model within Adobe Marketo .
  • Agile mindset- Ability to pivot quickly and make fast decisions based on changing Business needs in a highly matrixed organization. Comfortable working to tight deadlines and strong attention to detail.

Customer-first mindset | Enjoys communication and collaboration with a diverse set of stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and Commercial Excellence team to deliver a seamless and personalized campaign experience to end customers.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks across multiple projects.
  • Research and stay ahead of marketing automation and email marketing trends.


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in information technology, Analytics, or Marketing with a focus on Econ, Strategy, logic, and Management.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in Marketing Operations or related field
  • 3+ years of professional experience with Marketing Automation tools and data flows
  • Marketo certified expert or consultant
  • Experience with Adobe Workfront a plus
  • Agency or consultancy experience a plus
