The Judge Group is seeking a Remote Marketing / Demand Generation Manager in their King of Prussia, PA area offices. The qualified individual will have

COMPENSATION: $95 to 115k

WORKSITE: This is a remote position (Must live within 90 minutes of Kind of Prussia, PA

MUST HAVE: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline

MUST HAVE: A thorough knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

MUST HAVE: A minimum of 5 years related work experience

LIKE TO HAVE: A CPA designation is highly desired for this position

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop integrated demand generation marketing strategies

- Utilize knowledge of digital content syndication, content generation, paid advertising management and email marketing

- Translate business objectives into a marketing strategy

- Deliver a mix of marketing tactics to increase the sales pipeline and create new leads

- Apply analytics to target prospects

- Adapt marketing efforts to get quality responses

- Create company marketing and brand strategies

- Drive projects to deliver strategic business objectives

- Identify new marketing and branding channels

- Manage external suppliers

- Approve and distribute marketing materials

- Analyze and report on the return on investment of marketing campaigns

- Contact industry publications, consultants, and influencers to assure company messaging is understood

- Utilize company social media outlets

- Manage local business events, trade shows, and other various prospecting events

- Develop knowledge of company services and how they relate to customer's needs

- Document internal processes

- Assist and collaborate with the Sales Team

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

- Bachelors degree in marketing or a related discipline

- 4+ years of experience in a demand generation / marketing position (B2B marketing experience preferred)

- Experience with marketing automation tools such as Hubspot

- Experience Google Ads and Analytics, a certifications is a plus
