Job Description

TEAM is searching for a talented, energetic Regional Marketing Manager who will focus driving awareness and sales for our North America products and services. The Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for creating and executing high-impact strategies and programs to improve brand awareness and customer acquisition across all channels in North America. As a cross-functional role, you will work closely with APAC, North American and EMEA sales, business development, customer retention and global marketing teams to identify growth opportunities and develop and execute programs and campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth. This is a highly entrepreneurial role that requires a strategic thinker with deep domain expertise across a broad range of marketing disciplines including content, email, digital, social and events.
In this role, you will be optimizing our marketing strategies, managing the regional marketing department's event budget, as well as preparing forecasts. To ensure success, you will need extensive knowledge of marketing strategies and the ability to identify new business leads. An outstanding marketing manager will be someone whose expertise translates into increased brand awareness and profitability. This person is expected to work on a cross department team - both locally and globally - in order to accomplish specified goals.

Responsibilities:• Develop strategic customer acquisition, expansion, and retention marketing programs to drive growth and maximize immediate and long-term ROI. This includes demand and lead generation, account-based marketing, and customer marketing.
• Understand deeply the lifecycle of customers in assigned region and use those insights to identify opportunities for growth and optimize approaches.
• Develop, manage, analyze, and optimize marketing campaigns and other growth initiatives end-to-end.
• Manage North American industry partner marketing opportunities and advertising plans.
• Collaborate with the global marketing team to execute on and measure the impact of each campaign and develop ways to scale and optimize.
• Help improve TEAM's go-to-market strategies and validate new ones.
• In partnership with the global marketing team, continuously test and validate new channels, approaches, copy and creative.
• Monitor, analyze and report on regional KPIs to ensure marketing performance.
• Manage and lead all North American webinars.
• Work closely with sales to establish and operationalize the customer acquisition model including hand-offs, SLAs and KPIs.

Work cross-functionally with product, global marketing, sales, and business development to work and align to corporate objectives, meet revenue growth targets and established budget.

• Demonstrated experience to manage large-scope projects and initiatives.
• Must be a collaborative team player with effective communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability and willingness to learn fast and pick up new things easily.
• Ability to effectively motivate and lead.
• Must be prepared for a fast-paced environment and be comfortable making decisions and adapting to change.
• Impeccable organizational skills, attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to effectively plan, anticipate and take appropriate action in a proactive manner.
