We are hiring a Recruitment Marketing Content Creator to enhance our talent attraction campaigns across North America, and we are looking for someone who has experience developing employer brand messaging and design elements. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop engaging talent sourcing messaging and other assets to help increase engagement at the top of the funnel
  • Create video storyboards and work with designers to develop more video content
  • Design new creative assets for our various employer brand profiles, job boards, and advertising channels
  • Optimize our job descriptions to incorporate more relevant keywords and increase quality
  • Conduct interviews with EPAMers to create various pieces of content that can be shared across marketing channels
  • Manage a well-organized content library
  • Regularly communicate with and influence the recruitment team about new assets to ensure they're used effectively
  • Support the TA Operations team with improving candidate communications
  • Research new ideas and best practices for optimal performance

REQUIREMENTS
  • At least 3 years of creating content and creative messaging for all marketing outlets
  • Strong understanding of content creation best practices
  • Must have a creative, engaging writing style adaptable to various marketing outlets
  • Ability to create connections collaborate across a diverse team and follow global brand and marketing protocols
  • Strong attention to detail and a data driven approach to content creation
  • Quick learner with a proactive approach to projects
