We are looking for a motivated PR Manager to support every facet of Greenlight’s fast-paced Communications program — from consumer and business PR to executive thought leadership, events and awards. 

What you will be doing:

• Play an integral role on the Communications and PR team, working to bring company initiatives to life.
• Execute PR announcements with the PR Director and external agency.
• Write and maintain the team’s library of communications assets, including press releases, fact sheets, Q&As, press pitches, interview prep materials, press page, etc.
• Manage day-to-day press inquiries and requests. 
• Manage all speaking engagements from securing to executive prep and calendar management.
• Manage all company and product award applications.
• Identify and manage emerging PR opportunities, including areas such as corporate social responsibility, executive thought leadership, brand, content and media partnerships, and celebrity influencers. 
• Contribute to marketing and brand campaigns, working cross-functionally with stakeholders in product marketing, social, content and creative.
• Assist with sensitive customer communication at the CS and social levels.
• Oversee real-time press monitoring, tracking and reporting. 
• Serve as team admin on meeting scheduling, media subscriptions, invoicing, etc.

• A masterful written and verbal communicator with a passion for storytelling.
• A self-starter with a proactive approach to work; you like to solve problems and don't wait for someone to give you the answer.
• Extremely organized; you can manage multiple projects at once and are structured about your work approach.
• A builder who thrives in high growth, fast-paced work environments.
• Impeccable attention to detail and quality control.
• Passionate about consumer brands, especially those that serve parents and kids, and the impact financial literacy can make in the lives of families!

What you should bring:

• 5+ years of relevant PR/Communications experience — mix of agency and in-house experience at a B2C tech company preferred. 
• Expertise in media relations for both consumer and business press.
• Experience with CSR, brand partnerships and celebrity influencers is a plus.
• Experience managing external PR agencies is a plus.
• Understanding and pulse of fintech industry is a plus.
