The Role
We're looking for a marketing project manager who will manage the day-to-day operations of the Clover product marketing team. They will work cross-functionally with other marketing teams (Growth, PR, Channel Marketing, Email) and the product team to ensure product and feature launches and merchant communications are managed and executed in a timely manner.
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of getting materials approved, designed, and delivered on time to our member and provider consumers. You must be comfortable working on multiple projects at a given time with various stakeholders within the organization.
To be successful as a Marketing Project Manager, you should have strong leadership and strategic planning skills. Ultimately, a top-notch Marketing Project Manager should have excellent project management, analytical, and decision-making skills. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, an excellent communicator, and project manager with experience in point-of-sale and/or payments. Strong candidates will have familiarity with go-to-market processes as well as a track record of successfully working cross-functionally in a matrixed organization.
As a Marketing Project Manager, you will:
Need to be able to prioritize, manage and track multiple creative and business projects from start to finish
Manage and update the Marketing calendar
Manage the intake requests, workflows and daily tracking of team tasks
Work with cross functional teams to execute and produce annual and year round materials with teams, including: Product Marketing, Product Management, Growth, Design, Sales/Sales Ops, Compliance and our Channel Marketing teams
Work closely with Product Marketing to execute go-to-market launches of products and features
Identify and manage vendors, contractors and budgets

Must Haves:
5+ years of relevant project management experience, including driving cross-functional go-to-market efforts and holding teams accountable for results
Strong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage across teams (and upwards) to ensure tight deadlines are met both internally and externally
Highly collaborative mindset; experienced at working cross-functionally to drive results
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across a rapidly growing, matrixed organization
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment
Drive for excellence, innate curiosity, not satisfied with the status quo, the desire to continually learn and innovate; passion for helping small business succeed
Experience project managing campaign and product launches from start to end
Nice to Have:
You know your way around JIRA and Google Drive and have a basic understanding of Mailchimp, Marketo, Sigma and Tableau
You are always learning and looking for improvements and ways to be more efficient
