Programmatic Campaign Manager

What You’ll Do:
We are currently seeking an experienced Campaign Manager to join our team based out of our New York City HQ. The ideal Campaign Manager is a self-starter, numbers-oriented, analytical thinker who can creatively leverage data to drive results, achieve client goals, and objectives. You will become a subject matter expert on how media campaigns are managed using programmatic platforms and optimization engines. The CM will manage campaigns as well as consult directly with clients to ensure optimal campaign performance. They will also participate in research, analytics, and product testing efforts to develop new best practices and cultivate industry thought leadership.
- End-to-end ownership of campaign implementation, launch, and optimization per client specifications and campaign objectives
- Work closely with the Client Success team
- Perform basic verification (QA) of ad serving and tracking technology implementation (pixels, etc.)
- Implement campaigns per trafficking instructions given by the client
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns to increase performance
- Work with the Account Manager to upsell and cross-sell targeting solutions

- You are detail oriented and organized with flexibility to work on diverse projects and accounts
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; confident in communicating to clients with the ability to present campaign details
- Has outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Proven record of managing multiple projects at once and working within a collaborative team environment to get everything done efficiently
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 1+ year of working experience at a DSP or Programmatic Company
- Strong knowledge of the ad-tech ecosystem, key industry partners and technical market standards (ad serving, SSP, DSP, header bidding, etc.)
