Program Marketing Specialist
About the job
Red Hat's Global Demand Center team is looking for a Program Marketing Specialist to join the IT Automation Global Campaign team in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will support other team members in the development of content, events, and programs that will help promote demand for our automation solutions and the Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform line of offerings. You will partner closely with our campaign librarian and marketing operations teams to ensure that content and promotional materials and performance data are easily accessible by other teams. As a Program Marketing Specialist, you will track and report on campaign performance. You will also perform other global marketing duties as needed.
What you will do
- Support the development of content, events, and programs for digital marketing and global field use and enable regional teams for implementation across four geographic regions
- Ensure timely review of materials to meet publication dates with select vendors and stakeholders
- Interact regularly with internal stakeholders to communicate performance, to ensure field readiness for new activities, and to gather regional feedback and input
- Keep program calendar up to date
- Create unique tracking URLs and a document for performance measurement
- Continuously audit the IT Automation global program assets to ensure that all tracking information is correct and work with campaign librarian to manage program content tagging and reporting
- Develop and optimize internal dashboards, intranets, and presentations to help internal stakeholders consume and access appropriate content
- Monitor and report on key metrics for in-market program performance using platforms and technologies like Tableau and Salesforce.com (SFDC)
What you will bring
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 1-5 years of experience working in the IT industry
- Resourceful with initiative; proactive contributor and cross-functional collaborator
- Solid interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent project management skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and new projects
- Demonstrates initiative, solid work ethic, and excellent follow-through skills
- Advanced skills in G Suite tools like Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc., are a big plus
