About the job
As a Program Manager, you will build connection points across cross-functional teams across Marketing. You will help Marketing Operations unlock ways of working and enable us to expand our operational programs to Marketers.
Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. At its core, marketing at Google starts with technology and ends with the user, bringing both together in unconventional ways. Our job is to demonstrate how Google's products solve the world's problems--from the everyday to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental. And we approach marketing in a way that only Google can--changing the game, redefining the medium, making the user the priority, and ultimately, letting the technology speak for itself.
Responsibilities
- Identify, create, and improve on operating processes by partnering with stakeholders across Marketing and other cross-functional teams.
- Partner with teams and drive execution of initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams to influence, implement, extend, manage, and evolve our operational processes and models.
- Partner across Marketing Operations to implement, maintain, and optimize operating models.
- Communicate with cross-functional team leads and executive management regarding status of projects.
- Implement, track, and prioritize project roadmaps and schedules for initiatives that align with the strategy for the Marketing Operations team.
