Job Description This position sits within the Loyalty team in Consumer and Community Banking's Connected Commerce organization, and supports the Chase Ultimate Rewards® program for our Freedom, Sapphire and Ink card products as well as our White Label Partner card products.
Responsibilities:
The Strategy Sr. Associate will be responsible for representing the voice of the customer before, during and after launch to help articulate product value and drive product adoption. Through strong relationships they will help manage across touchpoints in the customer experience journeys to drive understanding and usage of products, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
This includes working with our external benefit partners and providers to develop value propositions and new products and support existing products, while working with our internal partners on the Card Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to create compelling marketing campaigns and communications.
This role provides an opportunity to develop general management skills, spanning product development and innovation, digital marketing across consumer and small business customer segments, P&L management, and external partner management. The Sr. Associate will also help deliver on performance metrics and milestones, and reporting to key stakeholders.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 3 years of work experience in digital commerce preferred
  • Direct or indirect experience in Marketing and/or Loyalty preferred

  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and influencing skills to drive decisions and performance
  • Possess skills to effectively manage complex projects internally and working with partners
  • Have the ability to work effectively across a matrix organization and assume leadership to drive results
  • Externally attune to changing market dynamics and impact to the customer, partners, and business overall
