The Role

We are seeking to add a Product Marketing Specialist to our team! Our ideal candidate is located in Miami, FL. 

This position supports our initiative to increase awareness of our products and adoption of our new EveryMundo Marketplace. Working closely with the Product Team, this role will be responsible for communicating the technical aspects of new products and features in marketing collateral and developing launch strategies for new products. This role will also focus on marketing efforts around the new EveryMundo Marketplace, where products made by EveryMundo and our partners will be available for purchase.

This role will coordinate extensively between the Product Team and Marketing Team to ensure new products and features are successfully communicated to customers and prospects. They will be responsible for creating product marketing content, including email, product pages on our website, product release notes, our public-facing product roadmap, and other product communications to customers.

What you'll do:

  • Manage public-facing roadmap
  • Consistently update the EM Website and other materials with new product information
  • Help the marketing team coordinate and execute new product/feature launches
  • Work with the Customer Success team to learn how customers are using our products and communicate how they can use new features/products 
  • Manage all communications for the EveryMundo Marketplace
  • Translate detailed product information into market-friendly language
  • Create product focused Case Studies, White Papers & Best Practice materials

What You'll Have:

  • Proven work experience in product development, product management, product analysis, user experience, or product marketing
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to take advanced technical descriptions and explain them using straightforward language
  • Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
  • Highly organized and self-motivated with ability to work cross-functionally
  • Customer-focused
  • Effective interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication
  • 3+ years of professional experience with a minimum of one year as a Product Marketer or Product Analyst
  • Significant Technical Product Analyst experience across the full project lifecycle (requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment) with specific attention to go-to-market strategies
  • Experience working with technical requirements, including foundational elements such as user stories, user journeys, and acceptance criteria
  • Language skills: English

Your Pathway To Success:

Within 3 months you will:

  • Understand all core processes such as Product Lifecycle, Product Roadmap, Product Implementation, and Sprint Planning
  • Participate in roadmap planning meetings and adjust market-facing roadmap to match current project status
  • Establish familiarity with product use cases and customizations
  • Participate in planning and executing a go-to-market strategy for a new feature/product

Within 6 months you will: 

  • Detailed understanding of product roadmap items, including value propositions, audiences, and use cases
  • Ability to describe technical product functionalities in easy to understand language for end users
  • Demonstrated understanding of customer and end user needs through thoughtful ideation and product roadmap planning
  • Ability to translate product usage data into meaningful insights for product roadmap prioritization
  • Written case study on a customer use case
  • Expert knowledge of the EveryMundo Marketplace and development of marketing materials to support its use by customers

Within 12 months you will:

  • Provide overall marketing guidance and support to ensure all products and features are successfully communicated to their intended audiences
  • Serve as the Marketing Team Subject Matter Expert on products, the roadmap, and product launch timelines and assisting others when technical questions arise
  • Lead all marketing efforts associated with the EveryMundo Marketplace
