Summary
Purpose of the Role:
The Product Marketing Specialist plays a key role demonstrating the vale of mPulse Mobile s Conversational AI and health education solutions in improving health outcomes. Working as part of mPulse s fast-paced marketing team the role focuses on the execution of marketing strategy to drive business growth in key health verticals and with strategic channel partners. We are looking for an experienced product marketer and writer to clearly convey the story of our products and their benefits. This role will be responsible for developing solution and product messaging strategy across all channels and persona, as well as marketing assets and sales enablement tools that demonstrate mPulse s value throughout different stages of the sales cycle, as well as other marketing assets for new product launches. The individual will become an expert in developing content for different health verticals and buyer types, as well as communicating our product differentiation against the competitive landscape. The role requires a strong interest in technology and innovative SaaS solutions. This position reports to the Director of Solution Marketing.

Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Align with Product and Sales teams on strategy and messaging
  • Write content to educate internal and external stakeholders on product features and benefits
  • Write content to create demand for products
  • Create content to convey the benefits of our products to various audiences in sales enablement and other documents, product videos, blog posts, email campaigns, and the website
  • Support the go-to-market plan with relevant product content creation
  • Measure and optimize the buyer journey as it relates to product feature adoption and usage
  • Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the story of our product
  • Research assigned topics and write articles as a subject-matter expert, conducting interviews and obtaining quotes as needed
  • Participate in a weekly meeting with the marketing team and others as needed
  • Assist with writing/content requests as directed


Skills, Abilities, and Experience:
MinimumQualifications:

  • Past experience in product marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Works well in a collaborative, cross-team capacity, and also independently
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability and performance/metrics-driven thinking
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and add value immediately in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with extremely good follow-up
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Candidates should have a background in B2B marketing and samples of high-quality content for technology products and features.

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, and or, related area
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience creating content that aligns with company style and brand guidelines
  • Excellent writer (have sample links ready)
  • Excellent oral communication skills (including in-person, phone, and email)
  • Basic knowledge of SEO content, Google Analytics, and Salesforce
