Product Marketing Manager
Due to Covid–19 we are working 100% remotely, this includes the hiring process. When it is safe to do so, we will return to a hybrid of onsite and remote work for some positions.

Arcadia.io is looking for an up-and-coming product marketer to join our team as Product Marketing Manager. You will report to our Director of Product Marketing and have responsibility for execution across a portfolio of products and market segments to help Arcadia optimize our go-to-market strategy. From high-level value propositions to hands-on product knowledge, our ideal candidate has strong analytical skills and an innate ability to synthesize information from disparate sources and craft differentiated value propositions. This is a high-growth opportunity. You will start out supporting multiple market segments and products. You will then define your area of focus with the Product Marketing Director to help you build the career you want in product marketing.
What Success Looks Like
In 3 months
- Develop deep familiarity with core business, brand, positioning, and the competitive landscape
- Review existing positioning, messaging, and collateral, learn how they are used in the sales process, and provide objective critiques
- Develop new/revised sales collateral based on your critiques
In 6 months
- Independent ownership of assigned projects
- Meaningfully contribute to go-to-market strategy and execution
In 12 months
- Lead execution of a well-defined go-to-market plan
What You'll Be Doing
- Collaborating with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to define differentiated, compelling value propositions and product-level messaging and positioning across our marketing channels and programs
- Working closely with Arcadia leadership to align marketing strategy with business strategy
- Contributing to market intelligence research for various products; incorporating information into foundational messaging
- Developing an array of marketing and sales enablement deliverables that reflect Arcadia’s value propositions
- Partnering with Marketing team to create campaign strategy and messaging, that aligns with buyer value propositions
- Measuring and optimizing the buyer journey to accelerate commercial growth
- Evaluating projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in business/marketing
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, sales, product management, business development or similar role, preferably in a healthcare data and analytics setting
- Impeccable communication skills with a strong emphasis on writing
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for internal and external stakeholders
- Confident delivering oral presentations and preparing professional presentations utilizing PowerPoint and digital media
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with diverse colleagues in a cross-cultural, multi-disciplinary environment
- Strong organizational, leadership and conceptual/creative skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous initiatives to meet deadlines and make fact-based decisions that improve product success in the market
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Strong project management skills
- A great attitude, positive energy, growth mindset, and a desire to help accelerate Arcadia’s growth
Would Love For You To Have
- MBA
- Solid knowledge of the healthcare industry and value-based care
- Demonstrated track record of successful content asset development, planning and orchestrating product launches and facilitating sales enablement training
- Experience developing high-value product-level content assets (client success stories, product explainer videos, etc.) and sales enablement materials
- Startup experience

This position is responsible for following all Security policies and procedures in order to protect all PHI under Arcadia's custodianship as well as Arcadia Intellectual Properties. For any security-specific roles, the responsibilities would be further defined by the hiring manager.
