Product Marketing Manager

This position can be performed remotely, with occasional in-person events as-needed.

We are looking for a strategic product marketing manager who can promote our residential products in ways that resonate with our customers and increase sales. You'll manage a portfolio of products that could include home protection and automation, home services, and billing products. By connecting customers with relevant products and solutions, you'll help create value for our customers and drive growth for our company.

As our Product Marketing Manager , we'll count on you to:

  • Develop and achieve financial and customer satisfaction goals for your product portfolio.
  • Create and launch integrated product marketing strategies that optimize our owned and paid channels.
  • Develop an understanding of our customers and use your knowledge to help define customer segments.
  • Ensure the voice of the customer is present in product and marketing decisions, translating their needs into positioning and messaging for your products.
  • Monitor KPIs and adjust marketing strategies based on channel performance and customer insights.
  • Manage relationships with product vendors to ensure that they're providing an excellent customer experience during sales and service.
  • Look for ways to improve the way our customers experience our products throughout the customer journey.
We're looking for someone with:

  • Five or more years of product marketing or product management experience, including digital marketing.
  • An understanding of a competitive market and knowledge about what it takes to reach customers.
  • A working knowledge of marketing analytics and the ability to apply insights to strategies.
  • The ability to work across multiple teams to achieve success.
  • The ability to communicate impactfully to inform and influence others.
As a valued member of our team, your day-to-day work will include:

  • Collaborating with internal partners to continuously improve and implement product marketing strategies - including the Customer Care Center, Corporate Communication, and Customer Experience.
  • Contribute to the development of training and incentive programs for our internal sales partners.
  • Developing and managing the budget for your product portfolio.
  • Working closely with product vendors to understand product performance and help solve customer challenges.
  • Managing the marketing calendar for your product portfolio to make sure campaigns are launched on time.
  • Overseeing the development and placement of content for our owned channels, as well as partners' channels.
  • Communicating product performance and campaign results.
