Product Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to work alongside our Marketing, Product, Sales and Customer Success teams as we design and build solutions to help organizations of all shapes and sizes operate and scale more effectively. This role reports into the Senior Director of Product Marketing.

 

We will measure your success through:

  • ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue)
  • Signups, conversion, and retention rates
  • Successful delivery of key programs and initiatives 

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Define and inform product positioning, messaging, segmentation and product roadmap through market research, customer feedback, and engagement with the field
  • Launch and drive the GTM efforts for new features and product offerings
  • Create impactful collateral for sales and customer success teams, including pitch decks, data sheets, talking points, videos, and other assets 
  • Develop partner marketing programs and assets for integration and affiliate partners and drive awareness for ChartHop’s developer platform 
  • Partner with Content Marketing and Demand Generation to develop compelling messaging and content to build top of funnel lead volume
  • Conduct customer interviews and other research to help improve the customer experience and inform customer marketing programs
  • Stay on top of market changes, drive competitive analysis and develop competitive positioning 

Requirements:

  • You have 3-5 years of experience in product marketing and/or other related marketing roles in B2B SaaS

Salary range - $110K- $130K base plus bonus and equity
