Our goal is to make the end-to-end consumer experience and path to purchase as enjoyable and frictionless as possible.
We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to support our fast growing, innovative consumer offerings. Whether you're generating demand for our consumer products in the categories we currently play in or driving adoption with dealers in new categories, you will own the end to end marketing experience. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis to developing go-to-market plans, and the dealer and consumer communication strategy, you are the voice of the customer and will lead efforts to drive awareness, engagement and adoption of our consumer products. You will play a pivotal role in partnering with a cross-functional team across Sales, product, risk, corporate communications, legal, engineering and more.
Responsibilities:
- Leverage data driven insights to determine opportunities across the customer journey to drive effective and impactful marketing communications
- Lead the development of multi-channel integrated campaigns to drive adoption and engagement with our consumer products
- Drive awareness of new products and features by unpacking customer needs and highlighting key benefits that delivers on customer pain point
- Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment and focus on roadmaps and priorities
- Maintain calendar of all product marketing campaigns/programs, tactics, and metrics to optimize and manage awareness and adoption efforts
- Segment target audiences based on personas to drive customized messaging and go-to-market strategies
- Track and report results and continually iterate on strategies based on in market learning
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
- 4-6 years experience in Marketing
- 2-3 years experience in product marketing including influencing the product roadmap by being the voice of the customer, building go-to-market strategies, execution and continuous optimization
- High degree of comfort navigating ambiguity and tackling white space
- Ability to think big picture while flawlessly executing marketing campaigns
- Experience in tech start-ups preferred
- Seasoned project management skills; highly self-motivated and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with varying deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment while balancing strategic, tactical and analytical responsibilities.
