About the Role:
The Product Marketing Manager for Customer Experience is responsible for understanding the customer and market to execute internal, customer, and partner marketing plans for Epicor products. This customer-focused role requires a unique skillset: the ideal candidate must be highly detailed, creative, analytical, and strategic. The candidate will develop a deep understanding of the customer journey and can serve as an advocate to customers to articulate value and deliver a positive experience that ultimately results in cross-sales and customer reference opportunities.
What You'll Do:

  • Create and execute the strategy for the customer experience by working on cross-functional teams including Product Management, Sales, Operations, Field Marketing, etc.
  • Map customer journey and identify areas for improvement, followed by leading a continuous analysis, to implement change to make it an ideal customer experience
  • Designs and drafts product-specific collateral, promotional publications, presentations, advertisements, or brochures that conveys value-based messaging
  • May assist in planning sales promotions or other special events, such as conferences, trade shows, or user meetings
  • Ensures Product Marketing materials are up to date, by collaborating with other members of the organization
  • Develop and oversee customer communications to deliver timely and relevant information in a clear and consistent voice while staying aligned to brand guidelines
  • Maintain a calendar to oversee all communications and analyze campaigns to determine best Collaborate with stakeholders (Product Management, Product Marketing, Development, Support, etc.) to ensure messages are being accurately conveyed and meaningful

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or commensurate experience
  • 5+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge ideally in the software industry and/or SaaS solutions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Pragmatic Marketing certification preferred (or other product marketing training)
  • Embrace working in a fast-paced, "get it done" environment that requires both strategic thinking as well as tactical execution
