Product Marketing Manager
Coviance is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help fuel exponential business growth. This person will spearhead the Product Marketing strategy, go-to-market plans, and integration across marketing and sales. They will generate customer insights and act as the voice of the customer to help Product Managers create best-in-class solutions that meet the needs of lenders and borrowers. This leader will develop launch plans, define product feature/benefits positioning, partner on product adoption, and leverage analytics to inform product innovation and monitor performance.
This person should be energized by partnering cross-functionally to engage partners, align on priorities and resources, develop go-to-market plans, and link activities to successful outcomes. This role will establish measures of success, performance tracking, and leverage customer insights and product usage/needs to drive the strategy.
The person must be curious, innovative, and have a passion for developing strategies and identifying new business opportunities that go beyond customer expectations.
Responsibilities
Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, communications, and activation strategies that effectively communicate the product value and experience. Activities may include identification and development of case studies, webinars, and go-to-market content strategy and execution that drives business outcomes. Lead product naming and evolution as new products are released.
Collaborate with Marketing Analytics, Sales, and Product Managers to develop all product positioning of features and product benefits. Develop holistic storytelling of the technology solution that effectively communicates how products deliver on the needs and experiences of our customers.
Partner to define and deploy pricing strategy in collaboration with Sales and Product Managers and the value exchange for customers. Test pricing approach for segments and provide insights about the marketing place for direct and indirect competitors.
Inform the product discovery process by infusing key insights, customer segmentation, competitor intelligence, and market trends in partnership cross-functional teams. Translate needs into product vision and roadmap priorities tied to outcomes.
Partner with Analytics, Sales, and Product teams to gauge adoption, business cases, and drive success measures such as retention and engagement with products. Leverage customer satisfaction insights to help influence roadmaps. Define additional KPIs track performance to inform future priorities and customer needs that stay ahead of the competitive landscape.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years professional marketing experience
- 5+ years in product marketing or leading innovation
- 5+ years leveraging marketing analytics and insights to drive strategy and performance optimizations
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, develop test and learn strategies, and build new areas of business growth
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a cross-functional collaborative environment with internal/external partners
Preferred Qualifications
- Fintech or financial services background
- Demonstrated experience leading product marketing from discovery through deployment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the power to influence
- Keen analytical and quantitative skills that can turn data into actionable insights
- Comfort in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize and align resources and investment that maximizes outcomes
