Description

The Product Marketing Manager LC/SP in the biopharmaceutical market is responsible for effectively planning, communicating, and tactically implementing strategic demand and revenue generation campaigns for core products and core content, both to the market at large and to internal stakeholders. Torrance, CA location preferred but will consider remote work.

Major Responsibilities

  • Drive brand awareness and market visibility through Transformational Marketing based campaigns that include digital, advertising, KOL collaborations, webinars, events, public relations, and trade shows.
  • Produce creative, engaging content while ensuring adherence and cohesion to portfolio's overall brand strategy, identity, and messaging
  • Responsible for the commercial strategy for new product launches including Launch Excellence development, implementation, and sustainment
  • Hone a foundation of market/customer needs and competitor knowledge for key brands across global markets to guide the continuous improvement of marketing initiatives and evolution of brand identities
  • Develop and implement advertising and Lead Management projects to strengthen sales funnel
  • Conduct and analyze market research to guide strategic development, support product positioning, and test messaging for marketing materials
  • Establish, track and report metrics for the measurement of marketing program effectiveness/attribution
  • Weekly campaign and content Visual Management communication with commercial organization and core-teams to convey timelines, status, and success


Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in the life sciences or marketing required; MBA a plus


Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience; sales, product marketing, or product management experience in a biopharmaceutical setting is preferred.
  • Ability to Travel up to 20% of the time
  • Experience in technical or copywriting
  • Experience developing agile and comprehensive GTM marketing campaigns
  • Experience interacting and leading cross-functional team projects
  • Demonstrated experience in CRM segmentation utilization and data-driven marketing and analytics.
  • Proven knowledge of digital marketing channels and their most effective use
