If you are passionate about driving growth through partnership with sales, this role is for you. You will work closely with sales teams to communicate current marketing initiatives, craft and run enablement programs, understand sales' needs, and help build marketing solutions to build a sales pipeline and close deals. You'll look at everything the Revenue cloud product marketing team produces with the lens of a Sales rep and translate our marketing initiatives into practical programs to help drive growth.

As the team's operational guru, you'll develop streamlined processes to help the team execute more efficiently! You'll help operationalize our internal marketing communications and develop repeatable, scalable processes to better train sales teams, and drive always-on sales plays and programs.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead sales and enablement programs to bring product messages to our sales teams, teach how to sell the product, and build campaigns to drive demand
  • Develop and run new and ongoing Revenue Cloud customer events and virtual engagements
  • Build a feedback loop with sales teams to find marketing needs and develop and implement solutions
  • Lead go-to-market operational activities such as owning and updating marketing resources docs, moderating communication channels, and updating sales plays and customer references
  • Partner with other Salesforce product GTM teams to provide Revenue Cloud POV and build cross-cloud plays and use cases
  • Develop strong product knowledge of Revenue Cloud and quote-to-cash space

Minimum Qualifications

  • Consistent track record of developing compelling enablement and sales programs
  • Some sales background and/or direct exposure to sales (sales operations, strategy, enablement, etc.)
  • Clear written & verbal communicator who can represent Salesforce offerings to sales teams & customers/prospects
  • Experience with cloud-based enterprise software
  • Excellent writing skills, visual slide design, and attention to detail
  • Direct experience working alongside demand gen, content, creative and sales teams
  • An organized project manager who is able to develop a clear and practical work back plan and drive results
  • Strong collaborator with willingness & drive to help teammates to succeed with a high energy and "get it done" mentality.
  • 5+ years significant work experience and Bachelor's Degree

Bonus Skills

  • MBA or Advanced Business Degree
  • Experience working with quote-to-cash, rev ops, or B2B finance products.
  • Experience with Salesforce technologies, either as a customer or partner
