Job Description Summary
Conga is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to deliver a complete product strategy to fuel our rapid growth and win in the marketplace. Reporting to the VP of Product Marketing, you will lead the Contract Lifecycle Managment (CLM) product category. You will be our market expert, understanding the buyer personas and driving our product strategy and messaging. You will evangelize our value externally and internally to enable stakeholders.
You must lead with influence on key cross-functional projects like developing a compelling set of go-to-market initiatives, delivering sales enablement programs, and strengthening and shaping product positioning. Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, enterprise software business is a must.
Responsibilities:• Know The Market: You are our market expert and anticipate market trends, competitive moves, and help define our next moves.• Know Our Customers: You have a pulse on our customers, anticipate and catalog their needs, and use this to influence the product roadmap• Enable Your Colleagues: ability to influence and enable other teams with compelling messaging and training to ensure they have the necessary knowledge to execute in the market.• Go to Market: develop the core assets in support of the Integrated Campaign team and serve as a key stakeholder as our message is taken to the market.• Evangelize: as a trusted advisor and visible presence that positively influences our Sales, Partner, Customer and Analyst communities.
Experience, Skills and Competencies:• Bachelor's Degree required.• Masters or MBA preferred.• Experience marketing B2B SaaS software.• Strong written, verbal, editing, and presentation skills.• Highly collaborative with a deep sense of ownership and accountability.• Easily builds business partnerships and collaborates with team members.• Actionable insight on the problems that organizations are trying to solve related to Data/Process Automation and Workflow/Approvals, and the technical depth to understand the merits of approaches for solving them.• Domain expertise in Digital Documents, Workflow/Approvals, Digital Process Automation, Quote to Cash (CPQ, Contracts, Revenue), eSignature, CRM.• Industry experience in Financial Services, Healthcare and Life Sciences, Manufacturing and High Tech a plus.• Strong personal charisma and vision for the future.• Sense of urgency and passion for winning.

The first component of that package is compensation and, generally speaking, base pay is determined by market location for each role. The following information is provided in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay Act. The general salary target for this position in Colorado is $119,000 per year. However, the base salary offered may increase (or decrease) depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base salary, Conganeers receive a full range of perks and benefits, including financial, medical, and dental insurance. We also fund an annual bonus program, with payout based upon annual corporate performance and individual performance.

An Insider's view of Conga

What are some social events your company does?

We hosted our first-ever virtual "Congapalooza" event in October '20. It was a 90-minute showcase of the many talented Conganeers we have around the world, featuring artists, dancers, musicians, short-film makers, and much more. The reaction was INSANE ("proud to be a Conganeer," "what a great global team"), so we're already planning our next one!

What projects are you most excited about?

The momentum around our Conga product suite at the moment is really good. With the recent acquisition of Contract Wrangler and the product roadmap for Sign, I think we are in a good place to be the go-to-market leader. I'm looking forward to seeing what else we roll out soon and using Conga tech as part of my day-to-day job!
