Product Marketing Manager II (Remote Eligible)
Brandfolder by Smartsheet is seeking an experienced Director of Product Marketing (Remote Eligible) to join our fast-paced team. As the leader of our content marketing effort, you’ll be responsible for creating compelling content for a variety of channels.
You will inspire the most recognizable brands in the world, like TripAdvisor and Slack, by providing tools and strategic insights that increase their brand engagement. As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Smartsheet (Brandfolder) provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, level of professional and educational experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado, the range of starting pay for this position is between $96,000 and $118,000. In addition, this role will be eligible for RSU stock grant upon accepted offer. Here’s a little more on what we’re seeking:
What You’ll Do:
- Support the competitive intelligence program to arm teams across Brandfolder
- Own and coordinate product launches with Product Management. Ensure that metrics are set and hit, tasks are assigned, and customers and internal stakeholders are informed
- Know our customers deeply through qualitative and quantitative analysis. Be their voice within Brandfolder and develop strategies to impact company objectives in positive ways for customers
- Develop and maintain messaging, positioning, and value propositions which resonate with our target audience
- Develop compelling training, collateral, and content to enable sales and marketing to more effectively communicate our value to our target audiences with pace and precision
- Collaborate with product, design, marketing and other key stakeholders to ensure the broader team is enabled, aligned, and executing on our strategic marketing vision
What You’ll need:
- 4+ years in a product marketing role at a B2B SaaS company
- Successful track record launching SaaS products working effectively across marketing and sales organizations
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and presentation skills
- BA/BS, ideally in Marketing
- The drive to own high-impact projects from day one
- A strong desire to continuously test and optimize assumptions in our messaging, competitive and persona intelligence
- Analytical thinker and experience in data-driven marketing
- Ability to manage multiple projects, determine project urgency and execute detailed action plans
- Able to function independently, as well as collaboratively
