We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) - Health Plans to join our Lifecycle Marketing team. In this role, you will support and work closely with the Health Plan Go-to-Market (GTM), Solutions Consultants, and Health Plan Client Success teams to effectively position our full suite of virtual care and navigation solutions to Health Plan buyers. 


In this role, you will own end-to-end development of sales enablement content and programming to effectively engage our prospects and existing clients throughout sales renewals, and upsells. Reporting to the Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Health Plans, you will help develop strategic messaging and content that demonstrate our competitive advantages, position us effectively to prospective buyers, and help support our value proposition to existing clients.


Leveraging your understanding of the healthcare industry, you can demonstrate knowledge of the Health Plan buyer audience, their challenges, and how to connect buyers to Included Health products and services that will deliver value. You are comfortable leveraging data and insights to craft a compelling story that will resonate with Health Plan audiences while working cross-functionally on high-impact projects. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our Health Plan prospects and client base 
  • Collaborate with the Solutions Product Marketing and across the broader Corporate Marketing team to develop compelling sales enablement materials for the Health Plan audience (client-facing presentations, finalist decks, and other market-facing materials and tools)
  • Ensure that the Health Plan Sales team is current on our latest product positioning and packaging, and maintain an active library of customized materials in support of the go-to-market strategy
  • Build relationships and collaborate cross-functionally across our Corporate Marketing and GTM teams to develop differentiated and compelling value propositions and messaging that helps convert, retain and grow our Health Plan prospects and clients

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Product Marketing or B2B Marketing experience in healthcare industry with strong understanding of marketing in more regulated environments
  • Health Plan (Payer) marketing experience is a strong plus (marketing to or client side experience)
  • A data-driven storyteller with excellent communication skills and ability to develop compelling sales enablement narratives
  • Enthusiastic collaborator with strong interpersonal skills, excited about helping drive alignment across different stakeholders 
  • A self-starter with strong organization skills
  • Demonstrated ability to balance and execute multiple projects concurrently under tight deadlines
  • Desire and ability to succeed in a demanding, creative, and entrepreneurial environment
