Product Marketing Manager, Content
Helium 10 is seeking a team member who is passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences, leveraging data to inform new ideas, and making decisions with a business growth mindset. The Product Marketing Manager, Content role will support the ideation, execution, and promotion of Helium 10 content series and trainings, in addition to conducting evaluations of existing programs to inform future program iterations. This is a unique and rewarding opportunity to help Helium 10 empower entrepreneurs with informative and engaging content that supports them as they launch and grow their businesses.

What You’ll Be Doing
This is a highly cross-functional role that will be the primary advocate for the incredible content and training produced by our teams. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you will be responsible for owning the marketing strategy and tactics for content like our award-winning Freedom Ticket training.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partner with Brand Evangelist, Creative, Growth Marketing, and Product Marketing teams to conceptualize, plan, develop, and promote new training programs and educational series to engage with existing and prospective customers
- Partner with marketing and content/creative teams on lifecycle marketing campaigns and assets to engage customers with Helium 10 content
- Assess current programs to evaluate their engagement levels and business impact; identify opportunities to align campaigns with business objectives, including increasing engagement and sign-ups
- Develop a deep understanding of Helium 10 brand, competitors, Amazon seller community, e-commerce industry and customer segments to inform strategic planning
- Measure, analyze, and report on campaigns to drive engagement and improvement in programs
Job Requirements:
- 2-3 years in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS (ecommerce space is a bonus!)
- Tremendous personal initiative with a relentless drive to achieve the end result with minimal supervision
- Ability to bring together key stakeholders to work together collaboratively in executing marketing activities
- Strong sense of curiosity and demonstrated problem-solving skills with a passion for data-driven insights
- Superior verbal, written, and visual communication skills with a knack for persuading others
- Exceptional project management and organizational acumen, with unerring attention to details
