Product Marketing Manager, Advertising Interfaces

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Snap!
As a member of the larger Monetization product organization, and as the lead Product Marketing Manager for Advertising Interfaces, you will partner closely with our Product Management & Advertiser Solutions teams to launch products that improve our advertising interfaces, grow their understanding and adoption, and coalesce market feedback to help inform the product roadmap.
What you’ll do:
Be a recognized interfaces expert, collaborate with a group of monetization Product Managers, Product Marketers, and ad industry leaders to develop global go-to market strategies and plans, including product positioning, narrative, internal communications, and activation strategies
Develop innovative Augmented Reality interfaces, working alongside cross functional partners to elevate the role of AR in media buying strategies
Use your market knowledge and analytical mindset to properly inform the roadmap based on research and customer feedback loops
Build global go to market strategies, and coordinate ongoing marketing efforts to grow awareness, understanding, and adoption of Snapchat’s advertising interfaces
Drive successful cross functional alignment on go to market strategy for new products and solutions, tracking success metrics accordingly
Inspire and educate both internal and external teams on Snapchat’s self serve interfaces roadmap
Build frameworks and processes to structure feedback conversations and prioritize accordingly to drive alignment across teams and leadership
Work cross-functionally with various stakeholder groups, both within Snapchat and across partner organizations, with minimal guidance
Demonstrate a solid vision for bringing products to market, be at ease in a fast moving and ambiguous environment, and showcase excellent problem solving and communication skills in order to drive impact across a multitude of team
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Experience spearheading projects and driving consensus across large, cross functional teams
Strong understanding of and previous experience working across self service advertising interfaces
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, economics or other relevant field or equivalent years of experience
6+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, Advertising Technology or other relevant digital experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong track record bringing products to market & driving global education and adoption, preferably working directly on self service interfaces for advertisers
Track record working closely on tooling and automation projects designed to drive success for small and medium sized businesses.
Experience working with business marketing organizations to connect the product development and go to market strategy to external marketing initiatives
Comfortable with data analytics tools, such as Looker & Excel, and working with Data Science or Data Engineering teams. Ability to distill and prioritize large data sets into future state product needs.
Experience with ad and/or marketing technology at a top-tier digital ad platform
A strong understanding of Snapchat and the digital advertising landscape
Experience working with remote product and sales teams
