About the team

Miro’s Product Marketing team is responsible for crafting Miro’s story. We create compelling, insight-led positioning and messaging, develop and deliver measurable/impactful go-to-market strategies, and champion customers throughout the product development process. The team partners closely with many functions at Miro, including Product Management, Design, Engineering, Sales, Success, Support, Growth, and Brand. Each role at Miro is based at one of our physical hubs, and we look for talent that want to be part of these local, collaborative communities. Mironeers work in a hybrid model, with 3 days a week in the office as our baseline.

Successful Product Marketers at Miro think like general managers of their area: flexible but constantly seeking mastery, with strong customer empathy, creative problem-solving ability, research, synthesis, and analytical skills. They must be able to shift from thinking about a high-level strategy to tactical marketing execution and possess a bias towards personal accountability and action. While this role will manage a team, they are expected to execute work as an independent contributor as well, particularly while the organization is scaling.

About the role

You’ll join our high-impact Product Marketing team to play a key role in understanding the market landscape and crafting how we continue to serve our customers in differentiated ways. This role requires a sharp, creative, and resourceful individual that can arm GTM teams and the broader organization with the knowledge and insight needed to beat and stay ahead of the competition.

We're looking for a senior product marketer to lead our competitive enablement initiatives, ensuring everything ties back to our corporate messaging and positioning. You'll centralize insights, build enablement resources, and deliver them through the appropriate channels for various stakeholders (from GTM to executive leadership). Additionally, you'll connect all of GTM, Product, and others around a shared understanding of our competitive strategy supported through in-depth market and customer research.

What you’ll do

  • Owning PMM-led programmatic enablement via Crayon (battlecards, newsletters) and updates to existing competitive resources (decks, landing pages, GTM bootcamp, etc.), working closely with sales enablement
  • Partnering with other PMMs and PMs to extract feature-specific insights and incorporating them into our value and solution-based messaging.
  • Building a win/loss analysis program by conducting prospect and customer interviews regularly, sharing insights across the org, and sourcing competitive case studies
  • Building competitive intelligence feedback loop and deliverables for product, sales, and marketing
  • Identifying Miro's strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities to enable customer-facing teams in competitive situations

What you'll need

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, competitive intelligence, or market research within B2B space
  • Demonstrated experience in collateral and content creation, for internal and external resources
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, and Crayon a plus
  • Understanding of sales lifecycle and hands-on deal support experience
  • Proven technical knowledge and aptitude, specifically for product comparisons
  • Collaborative approach to work and ability to build relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to represent Miro externally with prospective customers
  • Proven track record to oversee multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

What’s in it for you

  • Excellent Medical, Dental + Vision health benefits
  • Competitive salaries + Flexible time off
  • 401k matching + Competitive equity package
  • Free lunches + Office snacks
  • Be a part of a culture of learning that will take your professional growth to another level with collaborative + thoughtful team members
  • Distributed team across offices globally
