Job Description
Role:
We are seeking an action-oriented product and solutions launch marketer who is craving to be part of a great company. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process for corporate launch for our global go-to-market delivery of newly developed products, solutions, services and strategic partnerships across all business units for ServiceNow family release software platform. The role will be responsible for performing against aggressive service levels requirements to help organizations optimize their marketing and sales strategies.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who demonstrates attention to detail and quality. The candidate needs to be able build and streamline processes to achieve agility and scalability. We are seeing a team player comfortable collaborating with stakeholders to build and maintain business communications and relationships.
What you get to do in this role:
- Lead weekly cross-functional team calls to ensure launch projects have supporting plans and content across the Marketing organization.
- Creates, maintains and communicates launch process, timelines, best practice guidelines and templates company-wide to scores of stakeholders.
- Plans and updates corporate launch calendar in alignment with corporate strategic projects and executive management approvals.
- Communicates with senior and executive management on key strategic issues, escalations and risk management which may impact expected program and business results.
- Ensures adoption of launch management process by Product and Solutions Marketing and cross-functional teams.
- Understands how the digital web process aligns to the content and messaging in the new software platform
- Attains success metrics as dictated by each individual launch through post-mortem reviews.
- Develop an understanding of products to help ensure successful software launch.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- Demonstrates excellent ability to communicate with executive management, senior management, program stakeholders and business unit leaders on operational tasks and potential risks.
- Proven ability to lead, define, organize and execute day-to-day operations within budgetary and time constraints.
- Project/program management skills including management of timelines, experience managing digital marketing programs
- Manages and inspires marketing, business unit, partner, support, services, legal, business development and product management teams to ensure quality deployment of solution and product launches.
- The ability to be both hungry and humble.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience, such as product launches, program management and/or product marketing in a B2B software company
- 4+ years of relevant experience with products related to Software as a Service and Enterprise Software solutions
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of launch methodology with experience delivering major and minor product releases
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven experience working effectively in a changing environment; adaptable and resilient, working towards solutions during times of change
- Strong interpersonal and team skills: a collaborative self-starter with the ability to influence and support others
- Excellent people skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties.

A flexible work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office and will work from their assigned workplace location roughly 3 days/week or less (generally around 40-60% of the work week). Flexible employees may choose to work the remaining working time from their workplace location or home. Flexible employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
Remote
A remote work persona is defined as an employee who performs their responsibilities exclusively outside of a ServiceNow workplace and is not contracted or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office, including those whose place of work (pursuant to their terms and conditions of employment) is their home. Remote employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
