As the Product Marketing Launch Manager, you will manage the strategic launches for SailPoint's identity solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for introducing new products and services to our sales teams, partners, customers, and prospects. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience planning and executing successful product launches and possess strong program management skills, a passion to drive continuous process improvement, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, enablement, and partners.
Responsibilities:

• Manage all elements of the product launch process, including development and execution of go-to-market plans and internal organization readiness
• Work with product management to plan and consolidate all upcoming product and features updates for release
• Track deliverables, milestones, and dependencies across all cross-functional teams
• Establish and develop relationships with product management, marketing, sales, operations, enablement, partners, and customer success teams
• Hold regular Launch Readiness Meetings with program stakeholders, executive leadership, and coordinate stakeholder support for these meetings. Communicate required tasks, updates, & timelines.
• Assist in developing, delivering, and improving training and communications content and materials
• Track, consolidate, analyze, and communicate key launch metrics to stakeholders and leadership

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience on high-performing product marketing teams focused on enterprise software
• 2-4 years' experience successfully launching SaaS solution
• Experienced at successfully multi-tasking a variety of critical priorities
• Demonstrated success in driving go-to-market strategy
• Experience in performing as a leader by influencing and managing cross-functional teams
• Self-starter who is experienced in successfully taking a project from concept to execution
• Strong project/program management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy to consume business value
• Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills
• Security software experience a plus

Education:
MBA or equivalent preferred; BA/BS required
Travel:
This position requires approximately 25% travel
