Product Marketing Insights Associate
We are seeking a data-driven Consumer Insights Analyst to join our team. Working within the Disney Streaming Product Marketing Team, this individual will be responsible for producing actionable insigthts that drive engagement and retention for Disney+.
The subscriber experience is a top priority for Disney Streaming. In this role, you will partner with key stakeholders to develop primary research to inform messaging, product feature development and platform changes. This person will be an advocate for our subscribers and ensure that key decisions are made with the right input from our growing subscriber base.
Responsibilities :
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand their needs
- Manage the design and execution of quantitative research to guide new understanding or prioritize business tasks. Translate research into actionable insights, packaging research findings and recommendations for all stakeholders
- Partner with external suppliers to guide some design and execution
- Collaborate with other internal data and insights teams to synthesize insights into a comprehensive story
Basic Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of relevant experience in market research
- Foundatinoal understanding of various marketing research methodologies, with particular passion for quant
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- A can-do, positive attitude and a strong desire to get things done
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of SPSS
