Responsibilities
The Director of Product Marketing for Digital responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with Genesys stakeholders in product management and across marketing and sales to develop a deep understanding of Genesys Digital solutions and their value to our customers
- Develop positioning and messaging that differentiates Genesys in the market with a focus on Digital Channels (email, webchat, social media, SMS and messaging)
- Partner with other marketing teams (Digital Demand Generation, Content, Field Marketing, Customer Advocacy and others) to create and execute projects, content and campaigns that will drive lead generation
- Become the trusted advisor for Genesys Multicloud CX Digital, serving as the internal and external evangelist and subject matter expert
- Apply insights from "voice of buyer" activities and buyer interviews to create sales assets that resonate with both IT and business buyer personas
- Partnering with our Competitive Intelligence team, utilize competitive insights to enable competitive product and portfolio differentiation
- Drive awareness and engagement among Genesys direct sales and partner channels with enablement and execution tactics (e.g. playbooks, battle cards, scripts, presentations, training modules, demos)
- Continually advocate and educate stakeholders about the value of Genesys Multicloud CX Digital
- Take ownership of the results by measuring the effectiveness of campaigns and activities with data-driven insights and performance tracking
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within product marketing, product management or related team
- Demonstrated understanding and experience with positioning and messaging
- Track record of successfully leading, influencing and collaborating across marketing, product management and/or sales
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication - with the ability to lead with a point of view
- Willing to travel 15% (when travel resumes)
- Bachelors degree or demonstrated professional work experience equivalent
