Product Marketing Campaign Manager

Summary
The Confluence Marketing team is on a mission to accelerate the awareness, adoption, purchase, and love for Confluence Cloud. This Product Marketing Campaign Manager / Product Marketing Manager role is focused on the top of the funnel paid campaigns, and general brand marketing initiatives. This PMM will strategize with the Confluence Brand Lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns, brand marketing, content marketing, and thought leadership initiatives. Strong campaign management is needed. Experience in content and social is a huge plus. Passionate self-starter with a no bullshit, can-do attitude. Eager to jump in and get things done. Thrives in a fast-paced environment but knows how to pace work and manage time to create work balance and quality outputs.
Success will be measured by:
- an increase in market awareness of Confluence of target audiences
- a positive shift in perception for our key brand attributes
- increase in gross new customers that come to Confluence before other Atlassian products
GTM campaign management:
- You will work with the product team focused on acquiring new audiences. Your efforts will include building and executing tailored campaigns and content for our most promising audiences. You'll work across the funnel from awareness to conversion & retention of those audiences. Working with our Content Strategist on execution and results of content, and in coordination with our Social Media Lead, you will:
- Create and drive full funnel integrated marketing campaigns
- Run brand messaging, ad copy and creative testing. Uncover insights from existing messaging and product research
- Identify target audiences, develop subsequent positioning, messaging, and landing pages, and help inform paid media strategy
- Partner with performance marketing on strategy to leverage performance from previous paid ads to inform new campaigns
Product and brand marketing:
- Focus on improving Confluence's messaging and positioning for campaigns and top-of-funnel assets
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and rectify gaps in product functionality
- Ensure messaging continuity throughout all consumer touch points
- Update and relaunch the product's home webpage with updated messaging
