Responsibilities & Requirements
The Product Marketing Associate (PMA) will be responsible for communicating the features and benefits of our products through compelling storytelling to drive adoption. This PMA will primarily focus on driving user engagement, working closely with customer-facing teams to establish marketing programs that enable our customers to leverage the full potential of our social good software.
We are a fast-growing company so we are looking for someone not afraid to tackle new things and who doesn't shy away from collaboration. Because this role requires you to work across functions and departments to bring the product to life, you will be constantly interacting with teammates and customers.
What you'll get to do

  • Manage product launch strategies, onboarding campaigns, product messaging, and upsell opportunities
  • Communicate new product features and updates and enable internal teams ensuring they have the information needed to capitalize on product capabilities
  • Create and manage ongoing campaigns for product features to drive awareness and usage
  • Collaborate with teams to create new and manage existing sales and marketing collateral as well as messaging that articulate the benefits of the product and/or feature to drive adoption/conversion
  • Conduct customer and market analyses to obtain an understanding of the competitive landscape and help establish product differentiators
  • Ability to analyze data in order to inform your decisions and measure the impact of your work


What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related discipline
  • 1-2 years of product marketing, product management, demand generation, or digital marketing experience, preferably in the SaaS industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to translate technical functionality into key messaging that effectively conveys the benefits to end-users - writing samples are required!
  • Ability to create, organize, and maintain documentation and enablement collateral
  • Previous experience of executing successful product or campaign launches
  • Prefer working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage your time to address multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, professional environment
  • Metrics-driven and analytical; proven ability to prioritize, drive, and achieve results through self and others under time pressure
