Job Description
Responsible for leading marketing programs and journeys supporting Portfolio Value Stream’s “Use my Card” product teams to drive Discover sales and receivables. Leads cross-functional marketing roadmap, budget and delivery roadmap, budget and delivery across teams that support growth of recurring billing sales, contactless payment usage, and service experiences that reduce operating expenses. Champions marketing vision to internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to design agencies, Ad/Brand, and Discover Global Network.
How You’ll Do It
- Analyze industry and consumer trends, identify consumer insight opportunities, and make recommendations to inform product roadmap.
- Manage campaign execution from design, documentation, delivery, and the presentation of results to management. Develop test designs, creative, and branding strategies.
- Lead and influence a large cross-functional business team to deliver an integrated end-to-end experience across all channels.
- Communicate with senior management and cross-functional management teams on progress of key initiatives and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
- Develop, prioritize, and oversee the execution of products and features in alignment with key priorities of the Products and Innovation team. Implement against project plan to ensure project delivery.
- Lead effort to manage compliance controls and risks, prevent errors and address issues.
- Develop product scorecard and manage KPIs for performance against annual goals.
Qualifications You’ll Need
The Basics
- Bachelor's degree in business, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in customer service, product management, process management, digital, vendor management, or related field
- In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of experience in customer service, product management, process management, digital, vendor management, or related field
Bonus Points If You Have
- Master's degree in business, or related field
