Join a world-class marketing team as a Principal Marketing Manager in Web Operations for the Go-To-Market Operations & Technology team in the Consumer Group business unit. TurboTax and Mint products are loved by millions of customers and drive over $3B in revenue. In this role, you will be a key leader overseeing the web operational arm, and partner with many stakeholders across Intuit. We look forward to how you deliver exceptional web and in-product experiences for our customers in a fun and high-performing environment.

You must have a proven track record of managing a team, influencing cross-functional teams and a hunger for growth. What you'll bring

• 7+ years of experience in Content Management, Web Marketing and/or Marketing Operations
• 5+ years in web production team management with an improvement mindset driving team adoption of tools, strong time management, and operational excellence (cycle time/quality)
• Experience leading web production both pre-auth (.com) and post-auth (in-product) including upsells new product experiences, personalization to customers, and quality assurance testing
• Strong technical expertise with content management systems including a deep understanding of templates, components, workflow, and underlying functionality, ideally WordPress/Gutenberg
• Understands and produces technical requirements for technology enhancements to scale
• Intimate knowledge of experimentation, UX and SEO best practices
• Experience scaling teams through workflow and technical process design
• JIRA admin experience is a must along with deep knowledge of Adobe Analytics
