Committed to helping law firms achieve success through the creation and delivery of effective digital marketing strategies, FindLaw is creating a team of Marketing Strategists. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing digital marketing expertise to FindLaw's premier clients to help them achieve their business goals through a high performing digital marketing strategy. You will do this through extensive knowledge and expertise of integrated digital marketing strategies and your ability to clearly articulate and show value to clients.

About the Role

In this opportunity as Premier Digital Marketing Strategist, you will:

  • Formulate and execute integrated marketing strategies, for small law firms in your portfolio to optimally meet their business goals and objectives
  • Accountable for assisting in revenue growth targets for assigned premier customers
  • Provide ongoing consultation, revisit goal/strategy alignment, and adjust as necessary for clients
  • Stay up to date with changes within the search industry and understand how it fits into the clients' strategy
  • Maintain all aspects of the execution of their digital strategy including but not limited to organic search, local optimization etc.
  • Develop and present proposals to clients, in partnership with sales team
  • Regular and scheduled contact with assigned customers
  • Drive key performance indicators within assigned portfolios, ensuring consistent delivery of value and clearly articulate the return on investment to clients
  • Support Key Account Managers in troubleshooting and assist in the retention efforts of clients.
  • Track and analyze ongoing marketing programs; evaluate the return on investment of programs for assigned clients and apply learnings to future programs and activity.
  • Advance the understanding of digital marketing concepts among the small law firm industry, individual clients, sales consultants, and key account managers.



About You

You're a fit for the role of Premier Digital Marketing Strategist if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree (Required)
  • 2+ years of Digital Marketing consulting experience
  • Experience working directly with clients
  • Experience working with Web analytics & industry tools such as Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools, Site Catalyst, SEM Rush and others
  • Deep knowledge of owned, earned, and paid solution marketing tactics
  • Strong analytical experience and expertise with web analytics software
  • Have leveraged data and analytics to inform and shape integrated marketing programs
  • Experience planning, creating, and managing complex digital marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrated success in consulting with clients to understand/refine business objectives, and create/deploy an integrated, multichannel marketing campaign to address.
  • Prior sales, account management and/or marketing consultant experience with proven results
  • History of successfully managing a portfolio of highly demanding clients

  • Ability to develop, sell, and deploy an integrated, multichannel marketing campaign
  • Vast knowledge of technology, emerging media, and the internet
  • Excellent presentation and communications skill
  • Strong project management, analytical, and prioritization skills
