Reporting to the Sr Manager of Brand Marketing, the PR & Communications Specialist will sit on the brand marketing team and will be responsible for maintaining a positive public image of our company, building brand awareness through strategic speaking engagements and media opportunities, managing trade-media placements as well as an editorial calendar, and creating and pitching stories for the press.
What You'll Do:

  • Create effective communication strategies for our company
  • Coordinate with ServiceTitan counterparts on all external communications
  • Draft and release all mass media announcements (e.g. press releases)
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal subject matter experts, identifying the right expert for the right media opportunities
  • Build and maintain an editorial calendar and strategy, ensuring our brand stays top of mind frequently for both customers and prospects
  • Partner with Event Marketing Specialist on identifying and arranging speaking engagements or press opportunities at events, seminars, and conferences
  • Build and maintain relationships with trade media, staying in regular communication
  • Manage media inquiries and arrange interviews, talking points/statements, etc.
  • Build long-term relationships with influencers within the industry
  • Own the annual trade media buys, collaborating heavily with the paid media team and design
  • Collaborate with our social media team to ensure a consistent share of voice online, outpacing the competition


What You'll Need:

  • 3+ years of prior public relations and communications experience
  • Experience and knowledge in copywriting, proofreading and editing
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
  • BS in public relations, communications or similar relevant field


Where You'll Work:
Non-SDR, CAR and AspireCare
Our headquarters is located in Chesterfield in West St. Louis County; however, some positions will be remote until the time is right to return to the office while other roles are office-based. When our St. Louis-based employees regularly return to the office, we will offer a hybrid work model for most positions (three days in office with the option to work remotely for the remaining two). Fully remote employees will be able to stay remote.
SDR, CAR and AspireCare
Our headquarters is in St. Louis. This position is currently working three days in the office and two days remote. When the time is right, this position will return to work in the office five days a week.
