Job Description Responsibilities:
As the POS Installments lead, this individual will be responsible for possessing a strong combination of strategic, commercial and product mindset. They will be working with existing buy-now-pay-later (BNPL) partners and explore new third party partner and vendor opportunities. The role requires this person to be the installments/BNPL thought leader for Chase and drive our innovation in this space . They will work to develop and optimize our go-to-market strategies while working with Analytics, Finance, Digital and Risk Management. The role will also work closely with technology partners to create a best-in-class product and customer experience. The lead will develop and implement strategic growth initiatives to expand eligible population and drive response into digital channels, and monitor customer and employee feedback to identify program and capability enhancements.
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Experience within the BNPL or POS market
• 7+ years of marketing or strategy experience
• Strong communicator, both written and verbal, with stakeholders at different levels
• Skilled at creating presentations and crafting business updates
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams to develop strategies and execute marketing campaigns
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver creative solutions with tight deadlines
• Understanding of key drivers for a Profit and Loss (P&L) statement

Ideal candidates would be able to:

• Build relationships with strategic partners and vendors
• Identify opportunities to improve the program's targeting and optimization process
• Develop strategies to grow offer eligibility, awareness, and conversion
• Partner with our Agile area product owner to define and manage the product roadmap, informed by a deep understanding of competitor capabilities and customer needs
• Act as the subject matter expert with product team counterparts and other lines of business
• Deliver scheduled and ad hoc management reporting
• Develop subject matter expertise and build strong relationships with product team counterparts
