The Role:

We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated Product Marketing Manager who will take part in creating a complete marketing experience through every facet of the product journey. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be a strategic marketer who can help take the Viz.ai to the next level by collaborating with other teams to launch new features, products, and campaigns. In addition, you will execute integrated consumer marketing campaigns, including leading messaging, blog posts, public relations, video content, website content, etc. This is a highly cross-functional role partnering closely with Sales, Growth, Demand Generation, Product, Operations, Regulatory, Clinical, Customer Success, and more.

You will: 

  • Assist in defining and executing go-to-market strategy for products and features across the Viz.ai Platform 
  • Define, develop, and drive outbound marketing initiatives that enhance customer experience, drive engagement  and make a meaningful difference to the business. 
  • Possess expert knowledge of competitive and 3rd-party products and strategies.
  • Support commercial team with customer call support, research and messaging on new competitive products, messaging on product updates and releases.
  • Create and deliver formal presentations and lead group discussions on products for a broad range of clinical audiences.
  • Collaborate with our digital partners to maximize the impact of our message in the market.
  • Assist in planning for and ensuring the success of various customer events, including conferences, webinars, and feedback sessions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare, management consulting, software, or a related field.
  • Flexibility to travel (20-25%) ]
  • BS/BA degree required, scientific field is preferred. MBA preferred.
  • Experience in the SaaS industry 
  • Able to continually prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic, creative, fast paced environment.
  • Highly collaborative with exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

What success looks like:

  • After 3 months, you will have a knowledge of the AI market for enterprise products and a deeper understanding for Viz products and competitors.  You will understand the users and be able to confidently communicate with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • After 6 months,  you will be able to define strategies to support and grow the Viz platform.
  • Know the user, know the product, and connect the two. Our job is to demonstrate how Viz.ai solves healthcare’s problems.
