As our Platform Media Manager, you will…
Be Accountable and Responsible
- Collaborating with cross-functional agency team to determine how platform media channels (search, social, and/or programmatic) fit into the larger marketing programs for one or more clients
- Planning and buying platform media, including audience research, inventory and budget planning, campaign set-up, implementation and QA
- Overseeing in-market campaign activity, pacing, and issue resolution to ensure performance, delivery and optimizations are on track
- Collaborating with Analytics team to report on campaign performance and adjust as needed to deliver against goals
- Managing program budgets, invoicing and billing reconciliation
- Serving as subject matter expert for various platform media channel opportunities and maintaining relationships with key platform contacts
- Following trends in platform media tools, ideas, applications, etc. and sharing with the broader agency team
These are the qualifications we’re looking for:
- 3-5 years hands-on experience with paid search, paid social and/or programmatic media planning and buying
- Demonstrated experience with two or more of the following:
- Native (e.g., AdWords, Bing) and/or 3rd party (e.g., Google Search Ads 360) search platforms
- Native (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and 3rd party (e.g., Hootsuite, SproutSocial, etc.) social platforms
- DSPs (e.g., TheTrade Desk, MediaMath)
- Detail-oriented and well organized with strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Experience with applying machine-learning and AI tactics to campaigns
- Curiosity about the ever-changing media marketplace
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work history
