Lev is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our expanding growth team. In this role, you will report to the Director of Performance Marketing and will be responsible for driving the execution of the company’s paid digital campaigns that will support all lines of Lev’s business.

What You'll Do

  • You will be accountable for tracking, reporting on and optimizing Paid Search Engine marketing campaigns
  •  Develop best-practice paid search strategies to seek content and traffic opportunities, based on user and keyword research
  • Own strategies across paid social and handle audience building, bidding strategy, and campaign metrics
  • Generate reporting for necessary stakeholders to ensure team and company KPIs are being met
  • Create a roadmap for continual innovative testing and ongoing optimization to drive efficiencies and achieve performance targets: targeting, bidding, ad copy, creative, and content
  • Deploy landing page and on-site conversion rate optimization and testing
  • Provide creative suggestions on further targeting prospective clients
  • Manage relationships and coordinate campaigns with third party vendors

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of proven experience working in paid media channels
  • A/B testing experience for landing page and creative optimization
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics goal creation and tagging
  • Highly proficient in Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook with the ability to learn other paid channels
  • Demonstrated knowledge in analyzing performance metrics to make effective decisions across campaigns
  • Eagerness to research, test, and experiment on new channels
  •  The desire to have autonomy in a fast-paced environment with the ability to make decisions quickly and are able to adapt with shifting internal priorities
