Grove is on a mission to become a well-known everyday household brand – we have beautifully designed products that exceed customer expectations, a strong mission to help save the world, product innovation rooted in sustainability, and a customer base that loves us.

We're looking for an amazing addition to our rapidly growing Growth Marketing team who can help us scale and optimize our customer acquisition campaigns on paid social channels. As Performance Marketing Lead (Paid Social,) your work will fuel our advertising and drive real business results. You will manage Grove's acquisition marketing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and emerging channels. You’ll also regularly collaborate with the Performance Marketing Creative Manager on upcoming creative tests and will work with the broader team on funnel optimization. This role will report to the Senior Performance Marketing Manager and is highly cross-functional. The ideal candidate has both a data-driven/analytical mind and a creative mind. Remote work is possible in certain states.

YOUR IMPACT:

  • You will drive new user acquisition for Grove across multiple digital channels. Including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok and Nextdoor.
  • You will set up, manage, and optimize campaigns across all channels. Occasional weekend monitoring is required.
  • You will report on channel performance – pulling data daily and creating a reporting process that will be shared with the broader team.
  • You will develop and maintain a testing roadmap for creative, audience, and placements (including copywriting).
  • You will work closely with the Marketing Creative Manager to develop new ads based on your learnings and strategy.
  • You will also work closely with the Sr. Performance Marketing Coordinator to prioritize ads based on inventory levels.
  • You will work collaboratively with our Influencer Marketing, Retention Marketing, Inventory, and Optimization teams to improve conversion, engagement, and campaign performance.
  • You will manage relationships with external ad agencies and networks to contribute to our team goals and to remain updated on best practices across all channels.
  • Your media buying efforts will also contribute to the development of Grove’s brand – ensuring that our ad creatives, messaging and UX leave a clear and positive impression of what Grove does.

ABOUT YOU:

  • You have 5+ years of digital marketing experience, and are comfortable working on a high-performing team with shifting priorities.
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, communication, or the equivalent
  • You have 2+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns.
  • You have managed a 15+ million dollar paid social budget.
  • You have experience working at a DTC subscription company or a disruptive company.
  • You have experience analyzing data and turning it into actionable insights.
  • You are detail-oriented, organized, and love building strong processes. You’re consistently looking for how things could be improved. You’re hard-working, curious, and eager to turn data into actions.
  • You’re excited about working collaboratively with numerous partners at all levels and building out a request, iteration, and feedback process for high-priority projects.
  • You are action-oriented and want to make an impact. You follow up to make sure action is being taken when big opportunities have been identified.
  • You care about leaving a positive impact in the world.
