The Opportunity

DAT is looking for a Partner Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Marketing team in Denver, CO.

This position drives the partner marketing strategy and execution to deliver on the business goals for our products and target segments. The ideal candidate will bring experience as a product marketing manager at a growth SaaS based company. You’ll analyze market segments to identify customer needs, collaborate with partners to create joint messaging, and execute marketing campaigns to drive awareness and generate demand.

Candidate Profile

  •  Excellent track record as a Marketer in B2B roles, with a deep understanding of indirect channels.
  •  Storyteller who articulates and drives the market understanding of product capabilities.
  •  Passionate about delivering great customer experiences.
  •  Experience leading the development and execution of a full go-to-market partner plan.
  •  Expert collaborator who contributes valuable market and customer insights.

What You’ll Do

  •  Drive the strategy and execution of marketing campaigns that result in awareness and pipeline in partnerships.
  •  Develop positioning and messaging in collaboration with partners that resonates with the target market segments.
  •  Plan, organize, and execute top tier partner programs in support of the business and sales revenue objectives.
  •  Create campaigns that deliver maximum impact through an integrated go-to-market strategy.
  •  Align the full range of marketing assets, including demand gen, digital, communications, creative, and marketing operations to deliver channel partner marketing strategies.
  •  Support the recruitment, activation, optimization, and management of relevant partners.
  •  Build co-marketing plans with designated partners in support of revenue targets.
  •  Work with product marketing, product management, demand gen and partner team to ensure partner assets are optimized and continually kept up to date.
  •  Manage, administer, measure, and report on partner budgets and co-marketing funds.
  •  Engage with partners to foster mutually successful programs and coordinated execution and support.
  •  Support collection and analysis of buyer insights and audience segmentation.
  •  Promote the adoption of lead management processes with partners.
  •  Develop and manage partner engagement activities, through partner events, launch execution, training, webinars, and more.
  •  Actively seek and create joint customer success stories to demonstrate best practices and strong partner relationships.
  •  Drive the product positioning, messaging, branding and naming, and value proposition for the partner offerings.
  •  Develop a thorough understanding of partner offerings, the end-users, their businesses, and the context in which DAT can help them achieve their goals.
  •  Build on existing customer communications and develop new upsell and cross-sell programs.
  •  Put measures and KPI’s in place for partner demand program performance and ROI.

Skills and Experience You’ll Need

  •  You’ll bring a minimum of 10 years of experience in directly related marketing roles.
  •  SaaS marketing experience required.
  •  Partner marketing experience in marketplace, or platform businesses is highly desired.
  •  Supply chain and logistics industry experience a plus.
  •  Proven experience managing a wide range of partner clients large and small.
  •  Demonstrated success leading cross functional teams, and an expert collaborator.
  •  Ability to plan and project manage multiple programs with multiple partners.
  •  Strong interpersonal and partner sales enablement skills.
  •  Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university required; Master’s degree preferred.

(Colorado only) In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the minimum salary for this role is $135k, plus benefits. The maximum compensation for this role can vary significantly depending on your job-related skills and experience.
