Partner Marketing Coordinator
Responsibilities
The Partner Marketing coordinator is responsible for assisting in the implementation and delivery of targeted promotional communication and assets across multiple internal clients, working hand-in-hand with our marketing teams and our Station & MVPD partners. The coordinator serves as liaison between Network Marketing & Promotions team and different divisions across organization.
Job Duties
- Acquire and traffic network assets and approvals for any and all affiliate requests and campaigns
- Monitor process for asset request and delivery and suggest improvements where appropriate
- Develop and assemble presentation material and often presentations
- Supervise event coordination - duties ranging from securing venues, ordering premiums, executing contracts, researching vendors, etc.
- Lead Client Relations team with prosocial initiatives and event coordination
- Tracked team monthly invoices and budget
Qualifications/Requirements• Undergraduate degree, preferably concentrating in marketing, advertising, communications or related fields• Strong organization skills a must; must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and keep close track of all the different requests coming in from partner teams • Strong interpersonal skills; must be able to interface with several various stakeholders across the agency and other internal teams as well as third party vendors• Excellent written and verbal communications skills• Creative thinker and problem solver• Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format and build and maintain relationships with platform partners• Must be willing to work in Miami, FL• Must be willing to submit to a background check• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
