About the role
We are looking for a creative and entrepreneurial Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Symbolab. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to shape and scale Symbolab’s influencer marketing efforts, with a particular focus on creating engaging content for TikTok. The ideal candidate will need to have a critical and intimate knowledge of TikTok and some experience coordinating and launching content with micro influencers. This is a fully remote position, reporting directly to our CEO/Founder, and requires someone who can commit to working 10-15 hours per week.
Here are some ways you’ll make an impact:
- Build and manage a micro-influencer program, including identifying and contacting influencers and advising content development to be posted on TikTok
- Develop a deep understanding of Symbolab’s products and users to inform messaging and content for TikTok and other social channels
- Manage TikTok content calendar, posting cadence and hashtag/engagement strategies
- In partnership with influencer talent, brainstorm inventive content ideas and topics that drive engagement and followers
- Keep a close eye on the TikTok creator landscape and develop new influencer relationships
Are you our next Influencer Marketing Coordinator?
- Previous experience working with TikTok and influencers
- Ability to identify and scout relevant influencers and comfortability contacting them about opportunities to partner with Symbolab
- Working knowledge of TikTok engagement strategies and reporting metrics
- Creative problem solver who can work independently and drive work forward with little guidance
- A natural story-teller with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized, detailed & process oriented while still remaining flexible and open to change
- Eager to learn, responsive to feedback and driven by a strong growth mindset
- Excited about the Symbolab Platform and the opportunity to build user engagement and awareness on a global scale
- Able to work 10-15 hours per week in a remote environment
