Who Are You?

The Paid Social Specialist will be an instrumental member of the Performance & Paid Social team with the power to acquire new customers by supporting the management of Helium 10’s pay-per-click (PPC) marketing channels; which includes Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and other paid social media channels.  Day-to-day you will be working closely with Marketing, Creative and Content teams to create stellar ads and to optimize our existing ad campaigns. Plus you will be making recommendations on the paid search budget and working hand-in-hand with the various marketing channel owners in order to maximize ROI, drive traffic, and bring on new customers.  You have a curious, inquisitive nature and are an independent thinker who isn’t afraid to ask questions and learn!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create, monitor, and optimize paid search campaigns within Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social platforms while staying within our brand guidelines.
• Monitor and analyze data from Google Analytics, Funnel.io, Google DataStudio reports, and other tools to gain insights and spot opportunities to make informed and strategic adjustments.
• Actively test and analyze keywords, bid management, ad copy, ad creative, and landing pages.
• Assist landing page creation with specific direction and recommendations for optimal performance.
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports and make recommendations based on KPIs, ROAS, and various metrics.
• Keep up-to-date with paid social and PPC industry trends, developments, and best practices.

Job Requirements:

• 1 -3 years of hands-on paid digital content marketing and paid social media experience 
• Bachelors degree required
• Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition activities
• Being a retargeting guru, with an understanding of personas and how to optimize ads that speak to them
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid social and search engine marketing
• Experience with Conversion Rate Optimization and Remarketing
• Google Ads certified (preferred)
• Experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, etc)
• Strong analytical skills and experience generating PPC/SEM reports
• Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments (preferred)
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
